Mac Software Training ?
Apple Mac Software training starts of with walking you through the basics of the Mac operating system - Mac OS X. You will learn the basics of the OS X environment with some issues around the differences (pros & cons) that OS X can offer as oppose to Microsoft Windows. At the end of the training the student should be confident on performing simple day to day tasks and use the OS X features & functions more competently.

Understanding Mac OS X
Getting used to the layout of the desktop, The Dock, The Disk Icon Apple Menu, Menu Bar, Other Icons, creating/deleting/editing Folders opening or arranging new and existing Windows. Learning about features such as: The Finder, Title Bar, Folder Proxy Icon, Three Window Views
Status bar. More complex tasks: Organizing your Docs, OSX folder structure, The Home Folder, Special files & folders, Folder features,
Smart Folders, Shortcuts, how to personalise your Desktop.

How much software training do users normally require ?
It is difficult to estimate how much training you as a student may require. We have students from all different backgrounds, with different levels of knowledge. You may only require a minimum of an hour up to few hours of training or maybe more.

What do I need to do ?
All you need to do is call us and speak to an advisor who will pair you up with a trainer, you can agree times and training styles directly with our trainers to whatever suits you best.

How does mac software training work ?
An appointed apple mac trainer will come to you, or you will go to them and they will run through your hardware features with you. You will need to have the relevant hardware and software applications that you require training on, our trainer will then walk you through how to use the software.

Do I come to you, or do you normally come to me ?
This is optional, mostly dependent on the student and whatever they they are most comfortable with.
